I am making a block with a circle in it. I want to cut the circle in half. What can I use, since the rotary cutter will not work on that? I have Quilt Pro 5.

Until Linda can give you the right answer, I have a suggestion. Don't know how it will work for you, but it may be worth a try. Have you considered using the pie tool and creating the half circle on each side.

Gab,

Kathy was correct when she suggested you could use the pie tool to create two half circles. Give that a try and see how it works for you.

Hello everyone,
it's a long time I didn't come to visit the forum ... sorry

When I want to cut a circle anywhere I use another technique. Instead of drawing a circle with the circle tool, I draw a polygon with 40 sides (or more but it's many editing points !!!)and then I can cut it exactly where I want.
