Hi Fran,
I'm assuming that Quilt-Pro has printed correctly to this same printer for a long while, is that correct? Or is this a new printer?
Are only certain colors missing?
Have you tried printing in color from another program to make sure there isn't something wrong with the printer cartridges? Even when it's new, there could be something wrong with it. A simple Word or Text document with portions of the text colored using all 4 colors should be able to tell you if there is something wrong. Make the text bold if possible.
Have you cleaned the print heads recently?
Lorna indicated using the ATI setting unselected might help. Since it didn't work unselected, try selecting it.
Then check to see if your QP version is current. The latest is 5.1.2, Look for the version number in Help, About Quilt-Pro in your program. Here is a link to the update:

free program that can be found at
www.CutePDf.comI hope that helps. If not, let me know.
